Cincinnati Magazine has cited the Knox Music Program as the “Best Church Music” in Cincinnati.

Knox supports five choirs for all ages – Knox Choir (Adult), Youth Choir (grades 7-12), Covenant Choir (grades 4-6), Carol Choir (grades 1-3), and Handbell Choir. Knox maintains splendid musical instruments to include a recently renovated and expanded 50-rank Holtkamp pipe organ, a concert grand Steinway piano, a Flemish harpsichord, a five-octave set of Schulmerich handbells and a recently constructed (2010) continuo pipe organ by Juget-Sinclair of Quebec, Canada. Through its vocal and instrumental resources Knox produces music for all Sunday, seasonal, and special worship services, Christmas pageants, children’s musicals, and community outreach programs on the Knox Music Series.

Knox Choir is a volunteer chorus of 60 voices with professional soloists/section leaders. Knox Choir sings at the 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning traditional worship services and special services September through June, presents choral/orchestral masterworks with orchestra on the Knox Music Series, and rehearses on Thursday evenings 7:30-9:30 p.m. and at an annual fall retreat. Knox Choir has sung at conventions of the American Choral Directors Association and recorded with the Cincinnati Pop’s Orchestra.
