Knox Preschool is committed to educating children of all religious and cultural backgrounds and to valuing each child as a member of God’s diverse family.  The Preschool responds to the needs of each child by acting as a resource on issues of child development and early childhood education.

  • April 6 - NO SCHOOL (In observance of Good Friday)
  • April 10-13 - NO SCHOOL SPRING BREAK
  • April 17 - Classes Resume
  • May 9th and 10th - Muffins with Mom
  • May 18 - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
  • May 18 - End of the Year School Picnic

Knox Preschool Presents

his year Knox Preschool will feature musicians who will introduce a new instrument twice a month. According to Maisah Robinson, "Proponents of music education have claimed that student participation in music activities has a positive effect on everything from academic achievement to self-discipline. Music has the ability to facilitate language acquisition, reading readiness, and general intellectual development; to foster positive attitudes; to enhance creativity; and to promote social development, personality adjustment, and self-worth."
